Now, the title might make you think that I’m being stereotype. Well, how can I be stereotype when I’m too a woman ! I’m lucky to have a family that lead a modern + traditional lifestyle. But then again, sometimes the ‘traditional’ part is the part that I really don’t like about.
For example, when the house is messy, we the girls are always blamed while my brother can get away effortlessly.
Next, my brother can’t even serve his own food. Not that he don’t know how to, but he prefer someone to do it for him. And not to mention washing the plates too.
I mean, I get it. As a wife, you should “layan” your husband, as child you should treat your parents well. In fact, as a human, you should treat each other well. But, I think we should at least try to be independent. Independent is not just about raisng your own money. It’s also about your daily life. I’m saying this not because I hate my brother (I LOVE YOU BROTHER). And there a few aspects that he also help. But, I’m saying this because I think this reflect our culture. I even read about this at IIUM Confession. Turns out there are families that are worse than mine (in this matter).
That’s why I really adore women especially the working mum. Can’t imagine how you handle stress at work and when they come home, you need to cater to the needs of your family.
Seriously, house chores is no joke. Sweeping the house, clean the toilet, cook mopping the floor. That’s why some researchers suggest that we, women are more prone to toxic than men.
Seriously, go ad take a look at the label of your dish washer, your detergent. Most of the ingredients are chemical that you never heard of. Much less know its functions and the negative impacts.
You can say, “alah, masalah toxic je pun, aku bertahun basuh baju, hidup je lagi, takde hal bro”.
Did you know, toxic can lead to diseases like, high blood pressure, flu and even cancer. Yes, CANCER.
But most of the time it is not regard as the contributing factor. Why? Because when someone have cancer, they tend to think, “oh maybe it’s because my parents or family also have that too”.
Ok. But what about what if you do not have a cancer history in your family ? Don’t you think that this is one of the reasons why you have cancer ?
And of course, there’s still ways to flush that toxic out of your body. DETOX. That is the only way.
There are few benefits of detox.
- Eliminates toxin from food, beverages, and pruducts.
- Weight loss (toxic is one of the reasons why it’s so hard to lose weight.
- Increase energy (you tends to feel tired easily if your body contain high toxic)
- Stronger immune system. When you detox the body you free up your organs to function the way they should. This helps to give your immune system a boost since you’ll be able to absorb nutrients better, including Vitamin C.
And for detox, I suggest you to take Alfalfa Complex Shaklee. Alfalfa is called “THE KING OF FOOD” because there more that 300 minerals and vitamins in alfalfa leaves.
Vitamin A: Helps form and maintain healthy skin, teeth, skeletal and soft tissue, mucus membranes, and skin. It is also known as retinol because it produces the pigments in the retina of the eye.
Vitamin D: regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and facilitating normal immune system function.
Vitamin K: Absolutely essential to building strong bones, preventing heart disease, and crucial part of other bodily processes.
Biotin: Help keep your skin, hair, eyes, liver, and nervous system healthy. Biotin is also a crucial nutrient during pregnancy, as it’s important for embryonic growth.
Vitamin B: The eight B vitamins — B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12 — play an important role in keeping our bodies running like well-oiled machines.
And the list goes on.
Alfalfa has been used and appreciated all over the world for centuries. A comprehensive list of its benefits would be very long, but common benefits attributed to alfalfa include:
- Detoxes the urinary tract
- Purifies the blood and liver
- Has a strong alkaline effect on the body

It’s so good I don’t know how to explain. haha. I don’t have constipation (INFO: CONSTIPATION IS A SIGN THAT YOUR BODY CONTAIN LOTS OF TOXIC) but during fasting month, I don’t go to toilet regularly compare to non – fasting months.
